The first kind of failure can be found through observation, the main reason is that the pressure in the system due to leakage does not reach the standard value, the speed of the motor is not enough, resulting in deviation phenomenon, the way to eliminate the fault is to replace the damaged safety valve of the walking motor.
If it is the second kind of failure, we remove the two high-pressure oil pipes of the hydraulic pump to test the adjustment and installation, and find that the initial fast became slower and the slow became faster, indicating that there is a problem with one of the hydraulic pumps. The solution is to remove the pump, find the damaged parts to replace it, and then adjust the relevant parameter values to the standard requirements.
